Titon at Luxury London Hotel - May 2011
Titon has supplied over 200 Flex window restrictors at Le Méridien Piccadilly hotel, London. As part of a refurbishment of the hotel, Flex restrictors have been fitted to suites and bedrooms.
Flex restrictors are face mounted cable restrictors suitable for PVCu, timber or aluminium doors and windows. Tested to 1200N with no failure, Flex restrictors offer excellent levels of safety and can be used with window sections that are both inward and outward opening making them perfect for retrofitting. Plus, for ease of specification and installation, special lengths are available to order for non-standard windows.
The Flex window restrictors were specified by Hove based Giles Contract Management. Commenting about Titon, GCM’s Project Manager, Mark Leppard, said: "The high standards of this project required us to use window products that had excellent levels of reliability and safety. Titon’s Flex restrictors not only ticked all the boxes, they were also available at a very competitive price – making them the perfect choice."
Designed to complement all interiors and window design, Flex restrictors also feature a key operated deadlock for extra security and a push to release function to make operation easy.
Flex restrictors are part of Titon’s wide range of restrictors that also includes Autolatch, Maco Laminated, Securistyle Restrictor stays, Maco Tech 100, PN Lock Bar and Maco Multi Vent. The range offers specifiers and installers a choice of designs to suit various applications and window opening types.
Set in one of the most fashionable areas of London’s West End, Le Méridien Piccadilly is recognised as the landmark hotel in Piccadilly Circus.
